1. What is the check-in and check-out time at Baba Houlakia Mykonos?
Check-in time is at 14:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
2. Do you allow early check in and late check-out?
Early check in is subject to availability. If the room is ready, we  will be more than happy to accommodate you and process the check in accordingly. If late check-out is possible, please be aware that there may be charges for each extra hour.
3. Can I store my bag?
Certainly! We offer complimentary bag storage for our guests.
4. What is your policy regarding children?
All infants and children are welcome at our hotel. Children up to and including 8 years old can stay for free. Children from 9 years old to 17 years old can stay for EUR 50.00 per child per night. Please note that breakfast is not included.
5. What is your Cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival if you booked the Refundable Rate. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
6. What is your smoking policy?
Our smoking policy is strictly non-smoking indoors. However, plenty of outdoor smoking areas are available for guests who still wish to smoke.
7. Do you offer airport shuttle service?
For transportation, you can reach out to Nikos at Vantastic by calling or texting +30 693 892 5694. Alternatively, you can download the Aegean Taxi or iMove Ride App for Mykonos to book your transfer.
8. Do you suggest renting a vehicle while staying in Baba Houlakia, Mykonos?
We strongly advise renting a vehicle during your stay at Baba Houlakia, Mykonos. We recommend Quality Rentals – you can tell them Spyros from Baba sends you. It’s a trusted company with new vehicles and best customer service. Nevertheless feel free to check online to find the best deal for you. Most rental places will offer you a transfer so can skip the pricey cost(s) for the transfer(s).
9. Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for our guests.
10. Are pets allowed at Baba Houlakia Mykonos?
With a sincere appreciation for our furry friends, we have chosen to maintain a pet-free environment to ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests.
11. What amenities are included in the rooms?
Our rooms feature amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, safety box, fridge, electric kettle, hairdryer, and private bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. If you need beach towels, sun umbrellas or a mattress topper (in case the mattress is too firm for you) etc. please just ask at the reception.
12. Does Baba Houlakia have a restaurant?
We have a wonderful cafe where guests can enjoy breakfast in the mornings and cocktails at sunset. We offer a small à la carte menu for breakfast and drinks. Our cafe provides a relaxed and magical setting.
13. Is there a swimming pool at the hotel?
Our "swimming pool" is just 100 meters away, and it happens to be the stunning Aegean Sea
itself! 
As well you have the option to utilize the pool at San Marco hotel next door, provided you make a purchase at the pool bar.
