Stefanos is the soul of Baba. He built much of what you see with his own hands. The furniture, the atmosphere, the feeling — all him. Though he faced a serious health challenge in 2022, his spirit lives in every corner of this place.
Spyros
Spyros, our host, dear friend and godfather. With over 20 years behind the bar at one of Mykonos' most popular spots, he is a true cocktail maestro — and every sip shows it. He welcomes every guest personally and takes care of Baba Cafe with warmth and genuine hospitality. Ask him anything.
Elpida
Behind every smooth day at Baba is Elpida. Stefanos' sister, his backbone — and ours. She took on everything when it mattered most, and hasn't stopped since.
